In ancient Tibet, as part of a spiritual practice, monks created intricate mandala circles with colored sand made of crushed semiprecious stones. This exquisite vintage hand painted bed was inspired by the beauty of their practice. Intricately painted fabric adorns the entire piece, with the pillars legs and sides painted in a delicate gold pattern. The headboard design is rich and unique, with 3 mandalas painted on a tibetan red background.
Designed, produced and imported by Worldcraft Industries. This tibetan painting style is rare, and this is the last of these unique beds that we are able to have made.
