WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your product. Please contact us at the time of delivery if there is any issue with your delivery or installation. Shipments returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If a concern arises, please contact Worldcraft Industries to discuss a return authorization. Please return the item in the original shipping material, when possible. We require that return products have pre-paid shipping costs and be insured for purchase value. The refund for your order in the full amount less a 15% restocking fee will be processed after the item is received and has been inspected at our warehouse.
