The Carved Lotus Pillar Bed features an inspired symmetrical relief carved lotus flower headboard, framed by thick carved pillars. The lotus flower has long been recognized as a spiritual symbol of iconic beauty and purity.
The lotus headboard and carved footboard are both flanked by 8" thick solid wood pillars. The pillars are carved with geometric and floral designs and take 8 months to carve and cure.
The beds are handmade in a village in Northern India by a family of master craftsmen who have passed on their skills for generations.
Hand crafted from Neem wood of the Mahogany Line. Neem is a natural pesticide which helps to protect the longevity of the piece. Designed, Produced and Imported by Worldcraft Industries. Designed collapsible for simplified transport.
The Standard King size bed is in stock in Los Angeles. The Queen and Cal King sizes are under production and are expected in Los Angeles in 8-10 months. Finish color can be specified.
