Carved Jhula Arch Natural Sofa, 64"
The Triple Arch Jhula Sofas were inspired by the swings of the Maharaja's court. Hand carved by a family of craftsman who have passed the knowledge down through generations, each piece takes many months to perfect. This unique carving style features an arched back, lattice interwoven woodwork and arms layered with scales. The front panel is delicately hand carved as well, in a floral leaf pattern, and the carved arched back features a delicate 3 petal flower topping each arch.
The Jhula Sofa can be used in its natural state, or it can be stained by the carpenter in any finish desired. It can also be sealed with an outdoor waterproof finish in clear or in the color of your choice.
The Arch Carved Jhula Sofas are all hand crafted from solid Indian Neem Wood, of the Mahogany family. Handmade by master craftsmen in a village in Rajasthan, India.
Designed collapsible for simplified transport. Cushions and pillows sold separately. Accomodates 2 of the 30x30" cushions, of which we have many beautiful options.
