The Lotus and Jhula design Pillar Beds feature eight inch thick pillars, carved from trunks of white Rosewood, with an intricately hand carved headboard and footboard. Neem wood, of the Mahogany line, is used in the panelling and framing. Neem is a natural pesticide, which helps to protect the longevity of the heirlooms. The carved Pillar Beds focus on sustainability, and are fashioned from old teak arches, recycled carved panels, and original teak pillars. They are a splendid, unique design inspired by the divans of the Maharajas of Rajasthan.
